Paper Mache Dog
Making Paper Mache Animals?
It is Saturday here and my husband has gone off for an all day Motorbike Driving Course (Safety) – so I decided rather than sit inside all day with the kids to do an activity.
For some silly reason I agreed to making Paper Mache Animal Money Boxes!
So we have blown up the balloons, started pasting the paper on, and now we have some questions.
When do you add the feet/ears etc. – at the end or do we put them on now and paper mache over them?
The animals we have thought of to do are:
Elephants
Pigs
Dogs
But there are 5 kids making them (yes, even the 15 year old is doing one) so we need more animal suggestions.
And lastly, we thought we could use cardboard and toilet rolls for the feet/ears – any other ideas?

this sounds like fun, I haven’t made one of these since i was in school, Thank you for the idea, I’m going to make the ‘Piggy Bank’ !! with my daughter next visit!!
